Stacker is to stack the cartons loaded into containers on pallets (wood and plastic) according to a certain arrangement for automatic stacking, which can be stacked in multiple layers, and then automatically transported to the actual supporting station, so as to facilitate forklift transportation to the warehouse for storage. The equipment adopts imported brand PLC + touch screen control to realize intelligent operation and management, which is simple and easy to master, and the adjustment of various marshalling forms is convenient. It can greatly reduce the labor force and labor intensity, and improve the production line management level of the enterprise.

It adopts the concept of high speed, stability and space saving. Separate tray is adopted, which is faster and saves more space. One machine is multi-purpose and can be adjusted quickly. It can be used for stacking products of various specifications.

Scope of application: stacking of cartons, transfer frames and heat shrinkable film wrapped products.

 requirements for pallet:

1) . maximum pallet size: l × W × H=1300 × one thousand and two hundred × 150（mm）

3) . the pallets are stacked up and down in order, mainly in the form of Sichuan type and Tian type, and the materials can be iron, plastic, wood, etc;

4) . fork holes for stacking shall be provided on the long side of the pallet.

5) The pallet shall be able to be transported stably on the roller.
